모든 짐을 내려놓고...
짐을 내려놔 이제 모든 좌석은 텅 비어버렸어. 모든 짐들은 무대 위에 내버려두고 짐을 꾸렸다 풀었다 하는거지.. 그것들은 처음으로 왔다가 마지막으로 떠나는 것이야. 최저 임금을 받고 일하면서도 그들은 또다른 도시에서 시작할거야.
오늘 밤 사람들은 너무들 멋졌고 그들은 줄을 서서 기다렸지. 그리고 그들이 모두 일어섰을 때 그들은 이 공연을 성공으로 이루어낸거고 이 공연은 훌륭했어. 하지만 난 문 닫는 소리와 의자 접는 소리도 들을 수 있어 그 소린 그들이 결코 듣지 못할 그런 소리야.
이제 그 소리를 둘둘 말아 상자에 담아 전자기타에 옮겨 싫는거지. 그것들을 잡아당겨 묶어서 들어올려 기분을 내는거야. 그게 바로 나를 움직일 계기가 되니까..

리듬 앤 불루스와 디스코도 연주했지.. 우린 전원의 풍경과 잡지도 가지고 있고 외출금지되어 있는 트럭기사들도 있어. 비디오에 있는 리차드 프라이어도 보았지 우린 우리가 사랑하는 사람들에 대해
생각 할 시간도 가졌던거야 . 거리가 점점 멀어져가는동안 말이지 허나 너무도 짧게 보이는 그 유일한 시간은 바로 우리가 연주할 수 있는 시간들이야.
